  • We sell upholstered furniture: sofas, armchairs, and footstools.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Assembly:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Use on level, stable surfaces.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

Flammability:

  • Keep furniture away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

  • Upholstery materials meet California TB 117-2013 flammability standards.

Use:

  • Do not stand on sofas, armchairs, or footstools.

  • Keep away from children – moving parts (recliners) can pinch.

3. Safety Standards Compliance

  • Upholstered furniture: California TB 117-2013 (flammability).

  • Stability: ASTM F2057 for clothing storage units (where applicable – not for seating).

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, tipping, fabric wear, accidents).
